  2. Hi Andre, It's great that you can keep training in lockdown. You are a very talented gymnast! What other things have you been doing to train at home?

  3. Well done Andre, it's amazing that lockdown hasn't stopped you from being able to do your training! Have you been doing some training every day of lockdown? What are some other things you do to keep up your training?

  4. Woohoo Andre, that's amazing! How long can you stay like that for? I'm also interested to know what other training you can keep going while you are at home. It must be very tricky not being able to get to the gym to use all of the gymnastic equipment. I would imagine you are feeling a bit yellow zone at times when you are so used to all of your training each week and suddenly you can't do it. Keep blogging about the other things you are doing to keep yourself occupied during lockdown.

    2. Wow Andre, that's pretty impressive! Do you keep working on that time and try to increase it or is it not high on your list of things to work on? I'm not sure I could do a handstand against a wall for 32 seconds!
